Do you offer bulk billed consultations?

Yes, some of our clinicians offer bulk billed appointments depending on your eligibility. Please contact us to determine whether you are able to access this.

Are you a registered ndis provider?

Yes. Healthy Lifestyles Australia offers Dietitian Nutrition, Exercise Physiology and Diabetes Educations services under the NDIS. Fill out our NDIS form and our team will be in touch.

What locations do you service?

We service locations throughout Queensland. For a list of suburbs we can assist you in see our locations page.

Do I need a referral?

No, we also offer private consultations. You do not need a referral from your doctor to book with us.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes. We offer home visits throughout Queensland. Contact our team for more information.

What should i bring to my dietitian nutritionist appointment?

For your initial consultation with the dietitian we suggest bringing along a food diary of up to three days. This should include breakfast, lunch, dinner any tea, coffee, water or supplements. In addition, please bring along any relevant paperwork you may have, or any specific questions you would like to get answered - this way you can get the most from your consultation with us.

What should i bring to my exercise physiology appointment?

For your initial consultation with the exercise physiologist, please wear comfortable clothing as you may be asked to do some movements or stretches. In addition, please bring along any relevant paperwork you may have, or any specific questions you would like to get answered - this way you can get the most from your consultation with us.

What should i bring to my Diabetes educator appointment?

For your initial consultation with the Diabetes Educator, we suggest bringing along a list of your current medications, your most recent bloods results, and your blood glucose monitor with your readings. This can assist the Diabetes Educator in providing targeted services. In addition, please bring along any relevant paperwork you may have, or any specific questions you would like to get answered - this way you can get the most from your consultation with us.
